## 규칙

- 컨트롤러는 얇게 (검증/위임만), 비즈니스 로직은 Service
|
|
- 트랜잭션 경계는 Service에서 `@Transactional`
|
|
- Swagger 어노테이션 충실히 (`@Tag`, `@Operation`, `@Parameter`)
|
|
|
|
